Our
philosophy at KickAss Machines has always been to incorporate into our
design, a combination of simplicity, redundancy, ruggedness, and good
looks, so the end product becomes simple to use, easy to maintain, is
durable in the long haul and as the old adage goes, what looks good
generally is. The end result is just that. In using those same fundamentals
throughout the manufacturing process, we have also been able to provide
such a product, at a fraction of the cost of what most consumers expect. We
wanted to provide a machine that will do what you need it to do and then
pleasantly surprise you with the discovery of many things you never thought
were possible. Many of our customers come to us with one idea in mind and
leave with their heads spinning at the potential they now realize is
attainable with one of our machines.
Until recently, this technology seemed to
belong only to giant manufacturing firms with six figures to spend on such
exotic and magical equipment, and often took up the floor space than only
the same could afford. Times have changed and while your children have
outgrown the technology that even landed man on the moon, you can as well,
be it in your garage or shop, creating what you never thought possible. And
truly, with our machines, the possibilities for creative diversity and
profitable business opportunities are endless!
Our intent
in the beginning was not the requirement for such close tolerances that the
quarter million dollar laser machines provide, as that is not what our
general marketplace requires. However, we are finding that our cut quality
equals that of water jet cuts with a reasonably consistent tolerance of
plus or minus .005”. They have been designed and built for industry,
yet are compact and affordable for small business and even the hobbyist.
To
date, we have come a long way. We are now totally self-contained, supplying
our own equipment with our own controller systems complete with very
powerful software that is easy to use and easy to learn by anyone’s
standards. We have achieved our initial goal of establishing a solid,
satisfied, local customer database, and will continue to maintain our
reputation as we continue to grow outside our own local comunity. Some
folks admittedly do not enjoy their work but for us as a team, it is indeed
a pleasure to provide such equipment to the marketplace and continue to
provide a great sense of satisfaction because simply put ….
